That day it was night, very late and dark,

Outside a dog was barking, when that phone rang,

Everybody seemed busy, giving me a reason to pick it.

A voice came over, and that was you my love,

You put me through brimstone, before icing me with your cakeness,

I still remember vividly, the way you handled me,

Everybody seemed busy, to realize we were falling,

I could figure out, that you were really desperate,

Not of men and their possess, but of a deep a love,

I searched my store, which soon was to be yours,

And luckily I found, that you were looking for,

Happiness engulfed me, succeeded by joy,

All seemed practical and real, yet you were so far,

You touched my heart Amanda, arousing my senses,

Everybody seemed alert, to realize what we had made,

For the meeting was complete, sealed with your trust,

Before I even knew it, it was early in the morning,

So sleepy of course, having bargained and gained all night,

My price was spelled out, the prize paid for with precision,

I fell in love with my thought, just before I did with you.

Amanda, a good day, marked the end of the meeting,

That was wild with child, yet I managed to tame,

I remember that promise, and sense caught up with my reasoning,

For the meeting, gave me the one to love.

Spread the love
