Bringing joy, contentment and lasting happiness,
In my heart flows the river of love,
Making me to feel empathy for others.
In me showers of blessings nourish my spirit,
Bringing satisfaction, contentment and fulfillment,
In my heart flows the stream of mercy,
Making forgiveness easy to do.
In me sprinkles the gift of control,
Bringing understanding, self-drive unto realization,
In my heart flows the ability to restrain,
Making sin a hard thing to do.
In me splashes elements of conscious,
Bringing realization and purpose to me,
In my heart flows the ability to comprehend,
Making undesired arguments a thing of history,
But in me lives Christ, my master and savior,
Bringing life, salvation and light,
In my heart lives He,
Making me see eternity.
